Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product was delivered

Conditions for Returns

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging should be intact
• Return request must include order details and product images

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
